What to expect when requesting repair and maintenance coordination through FixPro.

Service requests
Submitting a request asks FixPro to review and coordinate potential repair or maintenance service. It does not confirm an appointment, create an automatic quote or authorize work.
Availability and scheduling
Service depends on location, trade availability, qualifications, safe access, weather, equipment and parts where relevant. Urgency options indicate your preference. No arrival time or continuous availability is guaranteed by this website.
Agreeing to work
The scope, pricing arrangements, applicable fees, scheduling and payment terms must be confirmed before work is authorized. Additional findings may require a revised scope or estimate. Any warranty must be expressly set out in the applicable service agreement.
Property information and access
Provide accurate information and identify a person authorized to approve the work. Tell us about known hazards, access restrictions, building procedures and relevant site requirements. Regulated work requires appropriately licensed professionals.
Urgent hazards
FixPro is not an emergency response authority. Contact emergency services or the relevant utility for immediate danger, fire, suspected gas leaks or risk to life.
